Victims of Hate Speech or Hate Crimes

The results of the qualitative study on hate crimes against vulnerable communities showed that one of the reasons why victims of hate speech or hate crimes do not report to law enforcement is the lack of knowledge about the possibility to report and/or where and how to do so, as well as the lack of knowledge and/or ability to defend their rights.
