Dear graduates, congratulations on completing an important milestone – your studies are finished, and the diploma award ceremony is just ahead! The ceremony will take place on June 29, 2026. More details about the venue, time and procedure will follow separately, so please keep an eye on the Faculty’s website and check your VIKO email regularly.
To make sure the day itself is all about celebrating, below are a few practical steps worth taking care of in advance. If you have already settled everything, no further action is needed.
Settling obligations with VIKO
Before collecting your diploma, all obligations with VIKO need to be settled. This is usually simple – in most cases it just means checking that nothing is outstanding with the library, tuition or accommodation.
Library
Upon completion or termination of studies, students are required to settle all obligations with the library: Return all borrowed materials. Pay any accumulated overdue fines. Fines up to EUR 2 are automatically waived and do not need to be paid.
You can check information about borrowed materials and outstanding fines by logging into your account in the Virtual library or by contacting the library via Phone: +370 649 10821, or Email: biblioteka@vvf.viko.lt
Students with no outstanding obligations do not need to take any additional action—the library staff will mark the clearance in the system.
Library fines should be paid to the following account:
Bank: AB SEB Bank
Beneficiary: Vilniaus kolegija
Company Code: 111965131
Account Number: LT76 7044 0600 0147 2160
Payment Reference: Library fine (full name)
After paying the fine, you must provide a copy of the payment receipt or bank transfer confirmation to a library staff member or send it by email to: biblioteka@vvf.viko.lt
Tuition and accommodation
- If you paid tuition fees, they must be paid in full.
- If you lived in a dormitory, all accommodation fees must also be paid in full.
If you have already settled all obligations, no further action is required. If you still have any outstanding obligations, they must be resolved at least one day before collecting your diploma.
Graduates who have not fully settled their obligations with VIKO, diploma will not be issued.
