In 2026, the Faculty is implementing the project “STUDENT TO STUDENT: Psychological Well-being Programme for Students of Lithuanian Higher Education Institutions”, funded by the State Studies Foundation. The project aims to strengthen students’ psychological well-being, promote mutual support, a sense of community, and active student involvement in activities that help improve emotional well-being. Project partners: Vilniaus kolegija / Higher Education Institution (Coordinator), Vilniaus kolegija Student Union, Šiauliai State Higher Education Institution, Kazimieras Simonavičius University, and Lithuania Business College.
To strengthen students’ psychological well-being, interpersonal relationships, and sense of community, the project includes:
- training sessions aimed at strengthening students’ psychological well-being;
- monthly student meetings focused on communication, sharing experiences, mutual support, and joint activities;
- student visits to different faculties of Vilniaus kolegija, where psychological well-being topics will be linked to physical health, art, and other practical activities;
- nature hikes and other community activities promoting student interaction, physical activity, and emotional well-being;
- the development and presentation of practical tools and informational content for strengthening students’ psychological well-being;
- a student opinion survey to better understand their psychological well-being needs and current concerns;
- presentation of the project activities and results at the final event – the student ideas festival “IMPULSAS” on 12 November 2026.
