Stress management trainings at the Faculty of Business Management

The Faculty of Business Management have successfully organised stress management trainings for the students, studying in English. The trainings have included 8 academic hours of theoretical and practical trainings in order to strengthen psychological resilience of the first year students. The students have also improved their teamwork abilities as well as different measures that can be used in case of psychological distress.

The trainings were organized by Vilniaus kolegija / Higher Education Institution with the project partners under the State Study Fund project “Generation Z studying: challenges and opportunities in Lithuanian higher education institutions”. The project aims to improve the psychological learning environment of higher education institution and strengthen students’ psychological resilience.
