  • Business Process and Innovation Management focuses on optimizing organizational operations, developing innovative management solutions and promoting entrepreneurship. The Faculty’s researchers analyze opportunities for improving business processes, applying innovative solutions to strengthen the competitiveness of companies operating in regions or better adapt to the rapidly changing business environment.
  • Culture, Creativity and Inclusive Society focuses on the development of the creative economy, the cultivation of cultural values and strengthening social inclusion. These projects help develop societal creativity, reduce social exclusion and promote the creation of an inclusive society.
  • Marketing and Communication analyzes contemporary, innovative marketing methods and strategies that help improve organizational communication effectiveness in regional or international contexts. The research covers marketing innovations, customer behavior and strategic communication practices in organizations.
