BIP International Retail Challenge 2025

On March 24–28, 2024, the BIP International Retail Challenge 2025 took place at the Faculty of Business Management of Vilnius kolegija / Higher Education institution, bringing together students and experts from different countries (participants came from Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany) for joint creative work in the field of retail innovation.

During the event, participants worked according to the Design Thinking methodology, going through the main stages – Empathize (understanding), Define (definition), Ideate (generation of ideas), Prototype (creation of prototypes) and Test (testing) – in order to create innovative solutions for the Store of the Future – this challenge was provided by our social partner Maxima LT. After an intensive week of work in international groups, students presented their innovative solutions and received assessments from Maxima Lt representatives and experts.
It was not only a week of learning, but also of international collaboration and inspiration! We thank all the participants, lecturers and partners who contributed to the success of this event.
