Blended Intensive Program in Poland

On December 4-10, 2023, Opole University of Technology in Poland hosted a Blended Intensive Program dedicated to the topic of Diversity Management. Fourteen students from the 1st and 2nd years of the International Business Study Program at the Faculty of Business Management of Vilnius Kolegija / Higher Education Institution took part. Together with colleagues from Tomar Polytechnic Institute (Portugal) and Prague University of Finance and Administration (Czech Republic), they tackled the challenge presented by the Opole Science and Technology Center to promote the inclusion of women in the development of startups in the region.

The intensive work was diversified by sightseeing trips to Wrocław and Mośna Castle. During the presentation of the Confucius Institute, the participants got acquainted with Chinese culture.

Student groups were accompanied by lecturer Neringa Miniotienė and Associate Prof. Dr. Nikolaj Ambrusevič, who had the opportunity to meet representatives from other higher education institutions and discuss the possibilities of further cooperation.
