Project Activities

In 2024-2026, the Faculty is implementing the Erasmus+ program-funded project “INTELLIGENT: INnovative TEaching and LearnIng of GENeraTions Z and Alfa in Higher Education”, aiming to ensure more effective and technologically advanced entrepreneurship teaching practices for Generation Z and Alpha students through collaboration with European higher education, adult education and business organizations and institutions. Project partners include AVANS University of Applied Sciences (Netherlands), RISEBA University of Applied Sciences (Latvia), EUAS (Estonian Business Applied Sciences University, Estonia), IFOA (Italy) and EDUGEP (Portugal).

In order to improve the quality of entrepreneurship studies at project partner institutions and other organizations and ensure that entrepreneurship studies are more engaging, accessible and attractive to Generation Z and Alpha, the project will:

  • create innovative entrepreneurship teaching for Generation Z and Alpha, based on research conducted at the European level,
  • organize learning (“train-the-trainer”) sessions for lecturers, teachers and education specialists,
  • organize intensive learning weeks for students,
  • create an entrepreneurship simulation game,
  • prepare materials for entrepreneurship training with the possibility of adapting them to different levels of educational systems.

In 2024, the Faculty implemented the State Study Foundation project “Foreign Talents for Lithuania: Search for an Innovative Collaboration Model between Lithuanian Higher Education Institutions and Organizations”. The project aimed to encourage foreign students to stay and work in Lithuania by strengthening employer involvement and students’ social and cultural integration. During the project:

  • a qualitative survey of students’ and employers’ opinions was conducted,
  • students visited various business organizations in Vilnius, Kaunas, Šiauliai, Klaipėda and Molėtai,
  • intercultural communication sessions and meetings with foreigners successfully settled in Lithuania were organized,
  • students participated in practical LinkedIn, CV creation workshops and business networking fairs,
  • newsletters for students were prepared on the “Omnisend” platform in English,
  • a forum for employers, students and lecturers was organized, during which discussions were held on the role of students, lecturers and business in integration in Lithuania,
  • students deepened their knowledge of Lithuanian and world history, culture and heritage through excursions and museum visits.
