Please find below information about the Graduation Ceremony, which will take place outdoors near the Faculty or in the Assembly Hall (Didlaukio str. 49).
On 26 June starting at 11:00 a.m., we will be awarding diplomas to all graduates of the International Business and Hotel and Restaurant Business study programmes. Those unable to attend in person are warmly invited to watch the ceremony remotely by clicking here.
On 27 June starting at 11:00 a.m., we will be awarding diplomas to all graduates of the Creativity and Business Innovations study programme. Those unable to attend in person are warmly invited to watch the ceremony remotely by clicking here.
Students who cannot participate in the Graduation Ceremony can collect their diploma later on working days at the Faculty’s Study Department – room 222. Before coming to collect the diploma, we recommend contacting by email – s.afanasjeva@vvf.viko.lt – to arrange the day and time of collection. The Study Department will be on vacation from July 15-26, so it will not be possible to collect the diploma during this period. Please bring an identity document with you. Another person can collect the diploma on your behalf only if they have a notarized power of attorney.
Gown rental – 6 Euros. Upon ordering the gowns, you will conveniently be able to try them on in the designated room before the diploma award ceremony and choose the one that fits you best. We ask the group leader/representative to prepare a list of those who wish to wear gowns during the diploma award ceremony and send it along with payment confirmations by June 21st to the email – s.afanasjeva@vvf.viko.lt. If you do not have a group representative, you can send payment confirmations (copies of the payment receipt or statement) individually.
