🌍 The Faculty of Business Management at Vilniaus kolegija / Higher Education Institution recently welcomed Stefanie van der Sman, JCI Lithuania Vice President for Europe – Nordic Countries, from the Netherlands.
With extensive experience in international organizations and business consulting, Stefanie works closely with small and medium-sized enterprises, helping them grow, strengthen their teams, and achieve sustainable results.
She delivered an engaging lecture to International Business and Creativity and Business Innovations students on “Effective Decision-Making and Negotiation Across Cultures.”
Students had the opportunity to enhance their intercultural communication skills, explore real business cases, and discuss decision-making strategies in a global context. 🌐
