Session goal – to develop individual and organizational creativity, originality, free expression of thoughts, work and talent, tolerance, and flexibility in generating radically new ideas, based on the unique “Creative Platform” methodology created by Danish scientists.
Program:
- Creative Platform: What is it?
- Problem definition;
- Practical session on generating radically creative individual ideas;
- Practical session on generating radically creative team ideas;

Dean of the Faculty of Business Management, a specialist working with the Creative Platform methodology for creativity development created by Danish scientists, regularly internships in business companies across Europe, Asia and America, and lectures at foreign universities. Author of articles on creativity.
The training is conducted in Lithuanian and English.
