Personal Career Management

A series of four medium-length seminars (4 academic hours each) with the option to select individual topics.

Seminar goal – to reveal deep self-awareness through various practical tasks, based on revealed abilities, skills, personality traits, motives, interests, and values, and to reflect on personal career trajectories, both current and potential.

  • Implementing personal career.

Lecturer

  Aušra Turčinskaitė – Balčiūnienė

Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Business Management, Aušra Turčinskaitė-Balčiūnienė, interested in the interdisciplinarity of social sciences. She obtained a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from Vytautas Magnus University; a Master’s degree in Education Policy and Practice from Rennes 2 University in France. Currently delving into the topic of personal career management, which intertwines personal traits, the ability to analytically evaluate career opportunities, and making meaningful professional decisions that generate the greatest motivation.
The training is conducted in Lithuanian, English and French.
