Registration to the Conference “NO LEFTOVER: NORDIC/BALTIC CULINARY ARTS”

Vilniaus kolegija / Higher Education Institution (VIKO), in collaboration with partners from Iceland, Denmark, Latvia and Estonia, is organizing the conference “NO LEFTOVER: NORDIC/BALTIC CULINARY ARTS”. Join us to explore Nordic and Baltic cuisine, traditional and contemporary recipes and culinary practices. With a focus on sustainability and ‘use local’ principle, this event will bring together professionals from the hotel and restaurant industry, adult educators and students.

Mark your calendars for June 5, 2024, at 9:30 AM, as we gather at the SHED Co-living Vilnius (Santaros st. 3, Vilnius, Lithuania) and virtually (MS TEAMS platform).
