The INTELLIGENT project integrates the EntreComp model – a framework developed by the European Commission to support the development and application of entrepreneurial competences in various areas of life. It defines entrepreneurship as the ability to turn ideas into action and to create value for oneself, an organisation, or society. The model is structured around three key areas (Ideas and Opportunities, Resources, and Into Action) encompassing 15 core competences.
