Admission procedure for Erasmus+ students
The application documents should be filled in electronically, printed, signed and sent to the International Relations Office.
The deadlines for admission are:
Autumn Semester:
Nominations – 1st May;
Students’ documents – 31st May.
Spring Semester:
Nominations – 1st November;
Students’ documents – 30th November.
Please fill in the documents listed below for studies:
- Nomination (Confirmation of local university that the student was selected for studies at Vilniaus kolegija / Higher Education Institution (VIKO))
- Application Form
- Accommodation form
- Online learning agreement
- Health Status Report
- A passport copy or ID card copy
- European Health Card (students from the EU) or Health Insurance for the period of the Mobility (students from non-EU countries)

- Nomination (sending institutions’ confirmation)
- Application Form
- Accommodation form
- Online training agreement
- Health Status Report
- Transcript of Records
- A passport copy or ID card copy
- European Health Card (students from the EU)
In order to ensure successful registration, please fill online forms and send the requested documents before the end of the named admission deadline. Applications can only be accepted from the students of our partner institutions. Please send all documents to erasmus@viko.lt.
The letter of admission will be sent to sending institutions’ contact named in nomination form and the student after the deadline of admission.
For non-EU Partner Countries separate bilateral agreement is needed. If your students are interested in Exchange studies at our university, please inform about them by email: erasmus@viko.lt. You will be informed about application procedures individually by VIKO International Relations Office.
