Vilnius College Faculty of Business Management lecturer Margarita Išoraitė, along with international business students Vilium Matuzevičius, Marius Mažvilas, Mindaugas Vilučius, Artiom Abulfatov, and Jovydas Jusevičius, participated in the Erasmus+ training program from December 11 to 15 in the Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) at 1 Decembrie 1918 University in Alba Iulia, Romania.

During the visit, they had a meeting with the mayor of Alba Iulia, where the Principia Museum was introduced, and the concept of Alba Iulia as a smart city and its further development perspectives were presented. All participants engaged in intercultural communication workshops and meetings with the Ighiu community, where the development perspectives of the community were discussed. They also had a meeting with representatives of the Sibiu Museum.

The participants visited the Turda Salt Mine, took part in intercultural communication discussions, and attended creative workshops discussing the development prospects of Alba Iulia.
