VIKO Students Take Part in BIP Programme in Tallinn

From April 21 to 25, five students from the Organisation Management study programme – Juozas, Gudrė, Dilena, Gabija, and Gabrielė – from the Faculty of Business Management at VIKO, together with lecturer Laima Paraukienė, participated in the Blended Intensive Program (BIP) “Talent Policy and Human-Based Leadership to Enable Business Growth” in Tallinn, Estonia, organised by the Estonian Entrepreneurship University of Applied Sciences.

The program offered an in-depth exploration of the Ülemiste Smart City development model and innovative talent management practices, participation in the engaging Ülemiste City Future Forum 2025, visit to ERICSSON company, development of storytelling videos and the presentation of talent attraction and retention case studies from Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, the Netherlands, Turkey and other countries.
