Lithuanian-Ukraine Youth Exchange project “Development of Youth Creativity and Solving Social Problems in Lithuania and Ukraine” was successfully implemented on December 7-11, 2020 by Vilniaus Kolegija/University of Applied Sciences and Kharkov Institute of Engineering and Construction (Ukraine).
Twenty students from Vilniaus Kolegija/University of Applied Sciences and project partner Kharkov Institute of Engineering and Construction have participated at lectures, workshops, discussions and idea generation sessions. Gita Žižytė, Silvija Baubaitė, Anastasija Žonych, Ana Baranovskaja and Lukas Grigaravičius, Office Administration, Tourism Management and Creativity and Business Innovation students of the Faculty of Business Management have participated at the project. The students’ feedback of participation in the project:
Ana Baranovskaja: “I can surely say that I heard a lot of new, unheard, interesting and useful information during the project. There was talk of creativity, creative thinking, social entrepreneurship, project management, academic writing and social networking. Probably the most memorable thing is that in order to be creative, you need to be motivated, not afraid to make mistakes and focus on the task, I would like to remember that and really use it in life.”
Anastasija Žonych: “One of the most important things I took from the project is new acquaintances and practical-creative tasks. It is amazing how students from different cultures can come up with and present a joint project in such a short time! In summary, the project was inclusive and personally enriching. Thanks to Vilniaus Kolegija/University of Applied Sciences for the opportunity to participate in the international project”.
