The Educational and Entrepreneurial Cooperation in Future City project culminated in conclusive summary event held on December 6-7 in Stavanger, Norway.
The event marked a significant milestone in fostering collaboration and innovation, bringing together universities such as Vidzeme University of Applied Sciences, Aalborg University, Vilniaus kolegija/University of Applied Sciences, University of Iceland, Arcada University of Applied Sciences, University of Stavanger, Jönköping University and Estonian Entrepreneurship University of Applied Sciences.
The primary objective was to provide a comprehensive overview of the articles and reports generated by each participating university as the collective output of the project. Each co-operation partner presented a brief summary of their contributions, shedding light on the diverse perspectives and insights gained throughout the collaborative effort.
An essential aspect of the event was the feedback session, allowing each partner to share their thoughts and reflections on the project. The feedback was analized in four categories: students, acadamic staff, entrepreneurs who participated in the activities. This approach ensured that the project’s outcomes were evaluated from various viewpoints, enriching the overall understanding and impact.
Also participants explored potential future projects and initiatives. The interactive session facilitated the exchange of ideas and cooperation among the universities.
As an added value, the participants had the opportunity to listen to the diverse and broadening presentations of the symposium Is the Smart City losing traction – and what may come next.
