Vilniaus kolegija / Higher Education Institution (VIKO), in collaboration with partners from Iceland, Denmark, Latvia and Estonia, is organising the conference “NO LEFTOVER: NORDIC/BALTIC CULINARY ARTS”. Join us to explore Nordic and Baltic cuisine, traditional and contemporary recipes and culinary practices. With a focus on sustainability and ‘use local’ principle, this event will bring together professionals from the hotel and restaurant industry, adult educators and students.
