Join us for an insightful lecture on Change Management, led by Sigita Aleknavičienė, Global Process Manager at SEB Bank.

Date: November 28
Time: 12:30 — 14:00
Location: Faculty of Business Management, Kingstown auditorium

Briefly about the lecture

In this fast-changing world, we often feel like we’re facing challenges never experienced before. Yet as early as half a century BC, it was wisely noted that “nothing is more constant than change.” During my journey, I’ve observed that every shift in the status quo sparks a cycle of change, somewhat different on personal, team, and organizational levels. The good news is that these cycles are fairly predictable. Understanding how they work and what to expect is essential for effective change management.

About the lecturer

Here are reviews from the students after the lecture:

• “I really enjoyed the SEB lecture: I loved the idea that you learn from your mistakes, and I took the phrase ‘allow making mistakes’ very personally because I believe it’s the best way to learn, and we shouldn’t be afraid of our mistakes. I really liked the lecture.”

• “The lecture was interesting and engaging. The information was presented clearly and understandably, which made it enjoyable and easy to follow. I just wished the lecture lasted a bit longer because the material was fascinating, and it would be relevant to learn more about change management.”

The event is organized by Vilniaus kolegija / Higher Education Institution in collaboration with partners as part of the State Studies Foundation project “Foreign Talents for Lithuania: Searching for an Innovative Collaboration Model Between Lithuanian Higher Education Institutions and Organizations.”
