The Faculty of Business Management is implementing the international INTELLIGENT Erasmus+ project, which aims to foster entrepreneurial competences among Generation Z and Generation Alpha learners.
As part of the project, we are currently offering free training sessions for teachers and school students on different entrepreneurship education methods and educational e-games designed to strengthen entrepreneurial competences, critical thinking, creativity, the application of artificial intelligence, and other future-oriented skills. We also invite teachers, lecturers, career counsellors, psychologists, and other professionals working with Generation Z and Generation Alpha to register for the International Practical Conference “INTELLIGENT”, which will take place on 2 February 2027 at the Faculty of Business Management, Vilniaus kolegija / Higher Education Institution (Didlaukio St. 49, Vilnius, Lithuania) and online.
The conference will showcase innovative entrepreneurship education methods, offer practical workshops on developing entrepreneurial competences among Generation Z and Alpha learners, and present educational e-games designed to foster decision-making skills, critical thinking, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
