The Faculty of Business Management (hereinafter – the Faculty) actively participates in applied and experimental research activities aiming to strengthen the collaboration between the academic community and the business sector, conduct scientific research that meets the needs of society and business and promote innovations relevant to business practices and studies.
The Faculty’s researchers actively collaborate with social partners and various organizations, conduct high-quality research and participate in project activities. The results are integrated into the study process, presented at international conferences and seminars. Researchers prepare scientific publications on promoting sustainability and green solutions, digitalization and innovation, addressing social challenges, education and soft skills development, the importance of culture and creativity, career and employment.
Applied and experimental research activities also help the Faculty community ensure high study quality by emphasizing the practical applicability of scientific research. Students are actively involved in the Faculty’s projects, invited to contribute to the implementation of real scientific research and the creation of innovations. Active student involvement in scientific and project activities develops creativity, systemic thinking, decision-making responsibility and strengthens their competencies entering the labor market.
